Construction is what makes or breaks.

 

The basis will start with a break down on the parts of the machine, how to thread through (including spinning a bobbin), an understanding of machine stitch controls, a brief overview of fabrication and starting stitche(s) to a seam/hem.

 

Students need only the following:

 

- Sewing Machine

- Machine Manual

- Machine Needles (Universal)

- Bobbin (usually included in the machine)

- Sewing Machine

- Light Woven Fabric

- 1 Spool of thread (Suggested to use Gutermann Polyester 110 yds)

- Measuring Tape

- Straight Pins

- Fabric Scissors/Shears

-Mobile device (Smartphone, Tablet, Etc) with camera
