Construction is what makes or breaks.

 

To further the lessons of basic sewing, this course will go into details of fabric selection for garments, needle selection, practicing with different presser foots, methods of hand sewing, and doing complex seams.

 

Students need only the following:

 

- Sewing Machine

- Machine Needles (Universal)

- Bobbin (usually included in the machine)

- Zipper Presser Foot/Invisible Presser Foot

- Hand sewing needle

- Light Woven Fabric

- 1 Spool of thread (Suggested to use Gutermann Polyester 110 yds)

- Measuring Tape

- Straight Pins

- Fabric Scissors/Shears

-Mobile device (Smartphone, Tablet, Etc) with camera
